基本一人で完結できる仕事だけど、朝礼での確認と細かな連携は必須ですね。リモートワークって意思疎通ミスると出勤時よりストレス感じちゃうから。

これも大事だな。テキストより話すほうが緊急性も伝わるw 基本はテキストやり取りのほうが後に残るから好きだけど。
