数年前まで喫煙者でした。VAPEのニコチン入りリキッドで満足しているうちに、ニコチン量少しずつ減らせます。結局喫煙習慣辞められるかどうかだからねぇ…。
たまーにVAPE吸いたくなるので使い捨てのもの（ノンニコ）を1つ持ってます。口内と喉にスーッとメンソールが広がるのがいい。

まーミントタブレットでもいいんですけどね、呼吸を伴うからリラックスできるんだよなー。
