私もこの”gray area”に居た気がする。ストロング系を覚えてから、記憶あやふやにならないと飲んだ気がしなくて。今は節酒成功してノンアルで満足してるけど、もっと早く酒控えてればよかったなと思う。

お酒控えてからはてきめんに夜の時間が長くなったので、洋書読む習慣ができた。あと、同じタイミングで完全在宅勤務になったのも良かったんだよね、コンビニで酒を買うこともちょい飲みすることもなくなったので。
