That was enough for me to understand that Pink Sugar wasn’t kidding with it’s daring amount of ethyl maltol sweetness, the perfume was really very sweet and exaggeratedly expansive. I remember a quick and almost imperceptible start of orange and bergamot, which went straight to the sweet and sour synthetic notes of raspberry aldehyde. And almost instantly everything became even sweeter and slightly bitter, notes of licorice, sweet red berries, strawberry, lily-of-the-valley and lots of cotton candy were impetuous stars that punched our noses with great fury.
