【Fragrantica Perfumes】The New Cristalle Eau de Toilette and Cristalle Eau de Parfum (2023)

I really like the new Cristalle line, all three of them. I already wrote about Cristalle Eau Verte EDP, and would like to share my excitement about the new Cristalle Eau de Toilette and Cristalle Eau de Parfum. I won’t compare them in detail with the previous versions, I don’t have the old bottles in front of me and they never appealed to me, but I have my memories. All I can say is that the new Cristalles are brighter and lighter, fresher and closer to nature, full of water and sunlight. I wear them often, literally bathe in them with a great pleasure to step into the perfect green spring. Green moss, reedy galbanum, blooming hyacinths and pools of cool water among melting snow.

grumpy

意味　〈人· 顔などが〉気難しい, 不機嫌な.

If the Cristalle of the past felt like a grumpy introvert, then with the new Cristalle you want openness, and even fun. There are few flowers in it – one lean pink hyacinth. Pink – because it smells the least floral and the most green (the most fragrant and sweet, to my nose, is the blue one), like galbanum, but pink. It feels spring-like scrawny and absolutely does visually shed a couple of pounds from its wearer.

hollow

Cristalle Eau de Parfum acts more important and mysterious. It’s greener and shadier, coming from the wet forest. It quietly listens rather than sings, absorbing all curious sounds, and you want to quietly lie down in an emerald mossy hollow near the tree roots and listen together with it. It is the fragrance of the green self-sufficient quiet peace under the mantle of thick moss. It suits the evening hour, fireflies and dusky ferns.

Cristalle Eau de Parfum is more floral and smooth, murmuring and yielding, dark velvety green, but cunning, like a fox. It has the truest hyacinths blooming inside it, blue and purple, heady, magical like fern flowers.
