パスタ外食でしか食べない＝機会があまりないんだけど、最近久々タパス行ったらまー結構満腹になった。
歳だなぁ…ってのと、酒を飲まない＝満腹中枢が麻痺しなかったんだと思われます。よい傾向ですね。
