若い頃は適当にマルチビタミン選ぶ→効果が分からなくてしばらく飲んでなかったけど、40過ぎてからはちゃんと自分に必要な栄養素を補うと効果が分かるので真面目に飲んでます。

肝油とか、あくまで子供用だもんなー。超甘いもん。タブレット状のビタミンCでさえ結構甘いもんな。飲み込む力が弱い人大人以外は普通のサプリメントの方が良いよね。

風邪だから~ではなくて、日常サプリとしてビタミンCをそろそろ加える予定。ルテイン(目の疲れ改善)とマグ&カル(睡眠安定)は減らせないからもう増やしたくなかったんだけど、最近ビタミンC入り美容液を使ったらてきめんに効いたので。

明らかにマイナスの意味の単語ですなw
だからってわけじゃないけど最近MCTオイルはやめました。空腹防止のために飲んでたんだけど、在宅勤務で常に温かい飲み物を飲める→空腹感に結構耐えられるので。ただ、やめたら明らかにお腹が鳴る音が大きくなったのでw在宅勤務じゃなかったら渋々継続してたと思う。
